Mikhail Lebedev

Mikhail was born in the town of Shatura, Moscow region. He attended the P.I. Plakhov’s course at the Fedoskino Miniature Art School. He also graduated from the Moscow State Regional Institute. Mikhail has been working at the Zhostovo Factory of Decorative Painting since 1984. Skillfully performed traditional painting techniques in the author’s personal interpretation look seamless on the Zhostovo trays. Mikhail Lebedev teaches future generations of artists, he is a professor at the Moscow State Regional University. Participant of art exhibitions. Member of the Russian Union of Artists. Merited Artist of Russia. His works are owned by many Russian and foreign museums. Recipient of numerous awards, diplomas and honors. Mikhail Lebedev is the art director at the Zhostovo Factory of Decorative Painting.
